Hi, I'm Sunny (She/they)

Hello, i'm sunny! A traditional and digital illustrator with an interest in character design, writing, comics, and more.I go by Thesunnysunsun on my other socials where I mostly post my original characters, and fanart of whatever media I'm interested at the time! I also will occasionally do raffles, and other events, you can take part in, so be sure to check out my socials if that sounds apealing to you! (Socials are listed above)I've been passionate about art for as long as I can remember, and now i'm hoping to make it my full time career. Along with art, I enjoy writing, specifically creating worlds and stories that usually go hand and hand with my art. I wouldn't be doing this today if it weren't for my silly warrior cat ocs back in 2018. Art has become part of who I am, and I cannot imagine taking any other career path than this.

Terms of Service / TOS

I, Sunny (the artist),
I retain all copyrights over the purchased artwork.I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the purchased artwork.I will NOT profit further from the purchased artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.I reserve the right to post the artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer):You may upload the artwork on any website and social channels.

Trading for other adopts is allowed! However, you are required to inform me of the trade, and who it was with. This is in order to keep track of my designs.
You must also link them to my TOS, so they also know of my rules and regulations.

You may NOT make profits from the adoptable (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.)
DO NOT sell any adopt purchased from me without permission. I am open to discussing an adopt being used for commercial purposes, however you must discuss this with me PRIOR to purchasing the adopt.You may NOT alter the artwork without my (the artist's) consent.You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).You may NOT use the artwork for commercial purposes.You may NOT use the artwork as an NFT.You may NOT put the artwork into an AI
unless it is for personal use ONLY.You may use the character design for your own personal projects and profit from said projects, as long as the artwork I send you is not the subject of the earnings.1. GENERAL TERMSAll drawings may or will include a subtle sign (watermark) that you may not remove.I might record the drawing process and post it on my socials.Prices are subject to change based on demand.2. PAYMENT
(Note: this only applies to adopts purchased. This does not apply to adopts won via Raffle, or traded.Payment is only accepted Via PayPal.I will send you a PayPal invoice link with the price and a short revision of my TOS when you are paying.Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to sell the adoptable to you, and requested you to send me the payment.__ 3. DELIVERY__Please note there is no physical product.I will send you the product (adoptable) shortly after you send over payment.If you like, I can send you a full resolution imagine via email. (however this requires you give me your email)4. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, Sunny (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:Promote myself with it.
(Personal websites, social media, YouTube, ect)Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)Post it whenever I pleaseThe buyer is allowed to:Use the artwork for personal use unless agreed otherwise
(Credit for the art is greatly appreciated but not required)Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.Use the artwork to promote themselves. You are not forced to give me credit when you post it but it is very appreciated.Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings.Use the artwork as a design for a Vtuber.The following is considered copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.Claiming the artwork as your ownRemoving my signature from the artworkAltering the artwork without my consentI reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).

5. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds are not available after I have sent you the adoptable.

do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the adopt and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the adopt as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me, or purchasing adopts from me again.If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above they will lose all the beforementioned rights to the adopt, and I will have the right to profit further from said artwork in any way I see fit.
